Steward, Prep, Line Cook Food & Beverage - Kitchen Staff Our kitchen team focuses on quality meal execution, following the innovative direction from our Executive Chef. Duties include, but are not limited to: Job Tasks/Duties Reviews incoming order tickets, executing orders in an efficient, effective, and safe manner. Sets up station, prep product(s) as needed using provided prep lists. Effectively communicating with management, chefs, and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees Performs necessary cleanup sanitation/maintenance for the food preparation and storage facilities. Uses grills, fryer, stoves, knives, slicers, blenders, and choppers as needed. Cleans food production, holding and serving equipment before, after and during shift. Desired Qualifications Must be polished, professional, friendly, and be able to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Ability to complete Food Handlers Training (In House).
