We're looking for a Kitchen Assistant to help bring that mission to life in our dining and culinary operations. What you'll do: Prepare, wash, and store dishes; keep the dishwashing area clean Assist with meal service, table setting, and bussing Help Cooks with cleaning food service areas, sweeping/mopping, and other kitchen duties Deliver and retrieve kitchen supplies from other units Complete dishwasher temperature logs as required Interact regularly with residents in a friendly, hospitality-focused way What we're looking for: Must be at least 17 years of age (team members under 18 cannot operate or clean certain kitchen equipment, including slicers, mixers, grills, and fryers) Comfortable communicating in English, verbally and in writing Able to meet state health requirements and maintain a food handler's permit Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
