Duties Assist in food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating dishes to meet quality standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas through regular cleaning, sanitizing surfaces, and proper waste disposal Support food running duties by delivering prepared dishes promptly to servers or directly to guests Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment following safe lifting practices Assist with food handling procedures to uphold food safety regulations and prevent cross-contamination Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with kitchen tasks such as cooking, food preparation, and cleaning is advantageous Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is highly valued Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual handling safely and efficiently Embark on a rewarding journey in the culinary world where your energy fuels our success!
