Job Overview Join our dynamic culinary team as a Kitchen Staff member, where your energy and passion for food will help create memorable dining experiences! Whether you're assisting with cooking, food handling, or maintaining cleanliness, your enthusiasm will help deliver exceptional service and quality to every guest. Duties Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure consistent quality. Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in all kitchen areas, adhering to health regulations. Support cooking activities by following instructions from chefs or kitchen supervisors to prepare dishes efficiently. Handle food items properly during storage, serving, and cleanup to prevent contamination or spoilage. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions. Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes to maintain cleanliness in dining areas. Contribute to banquet setups and service, ensuring timely delivery of food for events and large groups. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and deliver excellent guest services. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is essential. Experience with cooking, food preparation, and kitchen operations is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting are required. Previous banquet experience or hotel hospitality background is advantageous. Demonstrated commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction.
