Woodward Park City is looking for Kitchen Staff to help create a welcoming, high-energy food-and-beverage experience for our guests and team members. In this role, you'll support daily kitchen operations, assist with food preparation and menu execution, and help keep service running smoothly during the winter season. - Support daily kitchen operations, including prep, menu execution, and service flow.
- Prepare and serve menu items to quality, flavor, and presentation standards.
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
- Follow recipes, procedures, and speed-of-service expectations.
- Keep kitchen and service areas clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
- Follow safety and food safety practices while providing friendly service.
- Adapt to changing guest volumes, business needs, and team priorities.
- Complete other duties as assigned to support Food and Beverage and resort operations. What We're Looking For
- Food and beverage experience preferred; entry-level candidates welcome.
- A culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Experience in high-volume kitchen operations is a plus.
- A team-first attitude and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Adaptability, dependability, and a commitment to great guest experiences. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Food Handler's Certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Comfort working in an all-season environment.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as agreed upon.
- Background check required after offer acceptance.
