When it comes to look, feel, taste, service and culture, we are continually looking for ways to refine the Lake Effect experience for both guests and our staff. AM Bar Prep ensures the bars at Lake Effect are efficiently stocked with fresh juices, syrups and other homemade products. AM Bar Prep provides food safety at all times while keeping work areas clean and organized, stocking and fulfilling pars and preparing our products to recipe specifications.

Job Responsibilities include:

Must be 21+ as this is a licensed bar establishment. Ability to follow prep recipes Ability to operate kitchen equipment Ability to carry 50 lbs up & down stairs multiple times in a shift Organized and efficient stocking and cleaning of bar/kitchen equipment Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety Label food and ensure proper rotation Keep walk-in cooler, freezer and prep area organized and clean Must have optimistic attitude under pressure Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills Valid Utah Food Handlers Permit, within the first 30 days of hire date 2+ years of food/bar prep

From $17.00 per hour
