Job Overview We are seeking reliable Kitchen Staff members to join our team at bb.q Chicken. In this role, you will prepare authentic Korean fried chicken and support kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong work ethic, efficiency, and commitment to food safety standards. Kitchen experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates. Duties Prepare and cook Korean fried chicken according to recipes and quality standards Execute food preparation efficiently during high-volume service periods Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols Maintain clean and organized work stations Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment Support multiple kitchen stations as needed Assist with packaging and service area maintenance Qualifications Kitchen work experience preferred Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable attendance and professional demeanor Positive attitude and commitment to quality Apply today to join our team!
