Job Description
Team Member Join Jack's team as a Team Member! You'll play a key role in delivering quality food, friendly service, and a clean, welcoming restaurant while helping create a true "Jack family" atmosphere.
What You'll Do:
Greet guests with a smile and deliver outstanding customer service Take orders, operate the cash register, and ensure order accuracy Prepare and handle food safely following company standards Maintain cleanliness of dining room, kitchen, restrooms, and exterior areas Perform multiple tasks as needed to support restaurant operationsWhat We're Looking For:
Positive, guest-first attitude with strong teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures Flexible availability Must be at least 16 years of age- Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of the shift Ability to lift and carry approximately 10-25 lbs (may vary by role)
