As a Retail Team Member, they will execute the duties for their specific position within the cafe (e.g., Production, Prep, Cashier, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Deliver on production or service zone goals while ensuring warmth, cleanliness, quality, speed, and accuracy Exude Panera Warmth in every guest and team member interaction Execute 100% accuracy, speed, quality and presentation of all orders Immediately react to difficult and challenging situations by taking action and solve/correct any condition in which a guest is waiting on us Make every effort to take care of our guests
Qualification Requirments:
Basic food safety understanding and practice (Food Handler's Card as local government requires) Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday Availability Non-negotiable Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment Complete The Base Training Track Minimum age - 16 years of age
Pay:
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
