Take It Away is looking for a reliable and hardworking Deli Meat Slicer to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently slicing deli meats and cheeses while maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work area. Responsibilities Slice deli meats and cheeses to customer and store specifications Operate and safely use a commercial meat slicer Maintain consistent slice thickness and product quality Package, label, and store sliced products properly Keep the slicing area clean and organized Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Properly clean and sanitize equipment and work surfaces Monitor product levels and communicate when supplies need to be replenished Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Assist with other deli tasks as needed Qualifications Previous deli, food service, or meat-slicing experience preferred Must be comfortable operating a commercial meat slicer Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Must follow food safety and workplace safety procedures

Hours Monday-Friday:

8:00 AM-2:00

PM Weekends:

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
