Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hardworking, and energetic Kitchen Team Member to join our team at Country Boys Quick Stop. In this role, you will help prepare fresh food, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and work closely with the team to provide customers with high-quality meals and excellent service. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a positive attitude, and is willing to learn and grow with our business. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Assist with food preparation and daily kitchen operations. Help develop new menu items and daily specials. Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organized at all times. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Restock ingredients and supplies as needed. Work as part of a team to ensure food is prepared accurately and on time. Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Qualifications Previous kitchen, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
