Responsibilities Prepare a variety of menu items including poke bowls, sushi, ramen, burritos, and other kitchen offerings with precision and care. Operate POS systems such as the Clover POS to process customer orders quickly and accurately. Manage food handling responsibilities while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Assist customers with their orders, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including kitchen equipment and service areas, throughout each shift. Handle cash register operations, process sales transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling practices. Support the team in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during busy service hours. Requirements Previous food preparation or food service experience in quick service or fast food restaurants preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently. Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations. Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
