Duties Prepare and serve rolled ice cream using specialized techniques and equipment, ensuring high-quality product presentation. Manage customer orders efficiently through POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, accurately processing transactions and handling cash register operations. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace by following proper sanitation and food safety protocols throughout your shift. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ice cream rollers, blenders, and other food prep tools. Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions about flavors and toppings, and ensuring a positive experience. Handle retail sales transactions with accuracy while processing cash handling duties and managing food industry standards for food safety management.
