Job Summary We are looking for motivated and reliable Kitchen Staff to become an essential part of our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be involved in a variety of kitchen duties, from food preparation to maintaining cleanliness and supporting food service operations. The perfect candidate is enthusiastic about hospitality, eager to learn, and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences through efficient teamwork and safe practices. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating according to established recipes and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing. Support bussing duties by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting and safe food handling practices during stock rotation and ingredient movement. Contribute to food running and serving duties, ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests or dining areas. Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing when needed. Follow all food safety protocols, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including kitchen experience, banquet service, or hotel food service is a plus. Knowledge of safe lifting practices and manual handling techniques is beneficial for handling kitchen equipment and supplies. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. Experience with food safety standards and culinary procedures enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
