Job Description
Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, including food preparation, sales, and maintaining cleanliness in our café or restaurant setting. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
- Operate the cash register and A POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance sales and promote special menu items. Skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS systems or similar cash register systems is preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change accurately.
- Experience in a café or restaurant environment is advantageous but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is beneficial.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts can enhance performance in inventory management tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork are essential for success in this role.
