Responsibilities Set up and be able to prepare high quality breakfast & lunch sandwiches to our customers. Assist customers with inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations on products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market and kitchen areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines, ensuring quality and presentation. Stock shelves, rotate products, and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of fresh items. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Handle cash register operations accurately, processing transactions efficiently. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Qualifications Previous experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members. Basic knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
