The Scale opened our first location in Williston, VT in 2018 and have since grown to three locations across Essex Junction and South Burlington. We specialize in customizable poke and açaí bowls, using high-quality ingredients and keeping things simple, fresh, and fast. Our newest South Burlington location also serves smoothies, coffee, and matcha drinks, with rotating seasonal specials that keep things interesting for both our team and our customers.
