Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area through regular cleaning, sanitizing surfaces, and proper waste disposal Support bussing duties by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and managing dishware efficiently Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment following safe lifting practices Provide excellent in-person customer service by delivering food promptly and responding to guest requests with a positive attitude Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Support food safety protocols by adhering to proper food handling procedures and maintaining hygiene standards at all times Experience Prior food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Experience with food running, serving, or banquet service is advantageous Familiarity with kitchen operations including cleaning, bussing, manual handling, and food preparation is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and interact with guests Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and practices to ensure compliance with health regulations Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
