Job Description
Outsider BBQ is a high-volume, fast-growing BBQ restaurant in Frelard (Fremont/Ballard), built on Texas-style barbecue with a Turkish edge.
We re not just cooking food we re working with live fire, real smoke, and time-intensive craft.
We are expanding operations with a new fast-paced location in the city of SeaTac and are looking for hardworking, reliable BOH team members who take pride in what they do and want to grow with a serious restaurant team.
Who This Is ForThis role is for you if: You work fast and stay calm under pressure You take pride in clean stations and organized work You are reliable, punctual, and consistent You communicate well with both guests and teammates You want to learn and grow in hospitality and BBQ craft You can handle high-volume service with urgency and attention to detailIf you are looking for an easy kitchen job, this probably is not the right fit.
THE ROLEYou will be expected to: Prep meats, sides, sandwiches, and ingredients consistently Build orders quickly and accurately during service Maintain a clean and organized station throughout the shift Support both kitchen and front counter operations as needed Assist with food running, stocking, cleaning, and setup Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times Help with catering, events, and off-site service when neededThis is a team-first environment. Everyone helps wherever needed.
