Operating Deep Fryers to cook chicken wings and appetizers Operating a Gas Griddle to cook burgers and chicken sandwiches Prep responsibilities Coordinate with other kitchen staff to fulfill orders efficiently Clean and close down kitchen after business We pay hourly rate plus TIPS to ALL kitchen staff. The casual Wings, Burgers, and Beer joint serving all Junctions of West Seattle and beyond! Our made from scratch signature sauces (Buffalo inspired, West Seattle perfected) are the focus of the menu while the burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads and appetizers round things out. The bar at West Wings serves our adult clientele while the all-ages dining room serves everyone else. The 8 large TVs show all the important sporting events.
