Job Description

Lead Service Technician Location:
Seattle, WA Hourly Rate:
$48-60Hr DOE Competitive Pay + Sign-On/Retention Bonus- Up to $10,000. Join the Industry Leader in Commercial Kitchen Equipment Service Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Service Technician in the Seattle area. We support thousands of restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, and other institutions with repair and maintenance of their commercial kitchen equipment—including cooking, refrigeration, warewashing, and beverage systems. What You'll Do As a Lead Service Technician, you'll serve as a local technical expert, guiding and supporting other technicians while delivering high-quality service to our customers. This role reports to the District Manager and includes: Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment Coaching and training technicians both in-person and remotely Taking the lead on complex or multi-technician service jobs Participating in hiring by evaluating technical candidates Providing feedback and guidance to the District Manager on team performance Assisting with customer proposals and service recommendations Representing Smart Care as a technical leader and mentor
What We're Looking For Required:
High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair Experience with both refrigeration and cooking equipment Valid driver's license with acceptable driving and safety record Master CFESA certification (or currently pursuing) Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred:
