Job Overview We are looking for dependable, responsible, and motivated Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you will help create a positive experience for every customer by providing friendly, efficient service and consistently preparing fresh, high-quality Take n' Bake Pizza. Crew Members are an important part of our day-to-day operations and work together to keep the store running smoothly. Responsibilities include assisting customers, preparing food according to established standards, accurately handling transactions, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented, with the ability to stay positive and productive in a fast-paced environment. Greet customers with a positive attitude and take their orders accurately. Prepare pizzas and side items according to established recipes and standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately, always ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain exceptional cleanliness in the lobby, food preparation stations and back of house. Assist with keeping toppings and food items stocked as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak rush hours. Required Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards. Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated. Clear communication with coworkers and management. Food Handler's Card Preferred Skills Experience in food service or quick-service fast food environments is preferred but not required.
