Job Summary Join our sandwich team at Paris Baguette Tukwila. Create our freshly made sandwiches / salads on a daily basis. Production quantities will vary by season! Responsibilities Prepare a variety of sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and quality standards Manage customer catering orders efficiently and ready by pick up times. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace, including food handling areas and kitchen equipment Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food safety practices Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience Qualifications Prior experience in food preparation, quick service, or fast food restaurant environments is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately to create production levels daily.
