Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join Wenatchee Natural Foods Café, Wenatchee's downtown destination for healthy, made-from-scratch, fast casual dining. As a Crew Member, you will be line cook, barista, and server all rolled into one fabulous person! Your passion for high-quality food and remarkable customer service will maintain a warm and inviting environment for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve food and beverages according to café standards Treat each guest as if they were the only person in the room Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations Move quickly and efficiently during busy shifts Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction Accept constructive feedback and strive for continuous improvement Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Experience Prior experience in a professional kitchen (preferred) Customer service and/or barista experience (bonus points)

Pay:

From $17.13 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
