Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a quick turnaround for incoming guests Assist with bussing dishes, glassware, and silverware, maintaining cleanliness at all times Support kitchen staff with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in dining areas, kitchen stations, and service areas Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, dishes, or equipment following safe lifting practices Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table settings, guest needs, and service flow Contribute to overall restaurant cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Strong cleaning skills with knowledge of sanitation standards in the food industry Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently, including heavy lifting Excellent internal communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with team members Customer service-oriented attitude with a friendly approach toward guests and colleagues Basic understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Experience in catering or hotel hospitality is a plus but not mandatory Effective table setting skills to ensure an inviting dining presentation Knowledge of serving techniques and supporting kitchen operations enhances overall performance Join us to be part of a lively team committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
