Starting Pay :

$16.00 + based on experience

Shifts/Positions Needed:

Full-Time | 30-40 Hours per Week | Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities:

Assists in the development and implementation of business strategies for the hotel which are aligned with the Radisson overall mission, vision, values, and strategies Maintains supplies and equipment for cafeteria and Food and Beverage Department Ensures proper cleaning of floors and work surfaces daily Monitors supply of clean dishware, glassware, pots and pans Takes steps to ensure kitchen and restaurant have needed supplies Checks cleaning equipment daily and reports any problems to maintenance department for repair

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Must be 18 years of age, or older Excellent attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication skills Collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Long hours are sometimes required, ability to work flexible schedule Ability to stand for long periods of time, frequent bending, occasionally stoop or crawl Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and push or pull up to 150 pounds
