In this vital role, you will be the heartbeat of our food service operation, ensuring that dishes are prepared, plated, and delivered with precision and enthusiasm. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to streamline service flow Support food safety protocols by adhering to sanitation guidelines and proper storage procedures Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant, with expo experience highly preferred Knowledge of food expediting, food preparation, and kitchen operations is a strong asset Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively within the team Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders efficiently under pressure Strong attention to detial Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling techniques Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting Ability to speak Spanish a plus Must be available Weekends and Holidays. Standard schedule Fridays 4 to 10pm. Saturdays & Sundays 12pm to 9pm.
