What the Work is Actually Like You'll spend most of your shift: Moving quickly in a fast-paced kitchen Cooking chicken, assembling sandwiches, and preparing orders Following food safety and quality standards Cleaning as you go and keeping your station organized Communicating constantly with teammates Standing, lifting, and working with urgency for several hours Some shifts feel like a team sport —everyone moving fast, helping each other, and celebrating when the rush is over.
