Job Description

Concessions team members are responsible to work in various food preparation areas, preparing and serving food in accordance to company standards. As the initial contact between the customers and the restaurant, they are expected to deliver top quality customer service and be friendly and engaging when interacting with guests to project a positive image of the company. Job Duties and Responsibilities Providing exceptional guest service. Greet and interact with Guest in a positive, friendly and professional manner Ensure customer satisfaction and answer any questions or comments from customers Preparing food in an appetizing manner. Accept payment from customers, and make change as necessary Abide by all health code and food preparation guidelines. Maintain a clean workstation. Completes opening and closing checklists. Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products Cleaning in accordance to company standards including but not limited to: sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning tables, counters, kitchen and service equipment, removing trash, and cleaning restrooms. Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisor. Knowledge of sanitation regulations Flexibility to work various shifts Basic math skills Ability to gauge customers' preferences Excellent communication skills High school diploma; relevant training is a plus
