Monitor and supervise the pool facilities, enforcing policies and procedures.

Examples of Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce pool rules and policies Keep facility clean and organized Know facility's emergency action plan, and how to engage it Perform lifesaving duties when needed Answer member questions and follow up on requests Assist with the opening and closing the pool as needed Act as a resources and service person for participants Assist in examining facility for safety hazards Aid participants with injuries by providing First Aid and CPR, and document all injuries and/or issues properly Attend all scheduled meetings Maintain a good level of physical fitness Perform other duties as assigned Typical Qualifications Minimum Position Requirements (including years of experience, certifications, licenses, etc.): Currently certified as a lifeguard with a Nationally Recognized association and currently CPR, First Aid and AED certified Must be able to pass a swim test and have a good level of physical fitness Must possess good oral and written communication skills, as well as quality people skills Possess good leadership skills Excellent customer service skills
