Join Our Team as a Lifeguard and Make a Splash! Do you love the water and have a passion for helping others? Dive into an exciting opportunity with us! We're looking for enthusiastic and responsible lifeguards to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the Donald W. Reynolds Boys & Girls Club members.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor the pool area to ensure safety and respond to emergencies. Enforce safety rules and maintain positive relationships with members and staff. Conduct routine pool checks, including equipment and chemical testing. Keep accurate records and complete reports as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck and locker rooms. Attend staff meetings and training sessions. Perform opening/closing procedures and secure the facility. Arrive on time and arrange coverage if unable to work. Support other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum age of 16

Preferred Certifications:

BGC approved basic lifesaving to include CPR, AED, First Aid, and Emergency Oxygen administration Ability to maintain certification-level physical and mental readiness Must demonstrate lifeguard skills in accordance with BGC standards
