Ready to take your job to new heights this season? We're looking for adventurous, energetic, and safety-focused team members to join the Pecan Lake team as Ropes Course Attendants! You'll work right in the heart of the action on our three-story ropes course, helping guests gear up, get comfortable, and safely take on the course. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone who is confident, outgoing, attentive, and comfortable taking charge when it comes to guest safety. You'll spend your shifts interacting with guests, working outdoors, and making sure everyone has an exciting and safe experience from start to finish!

This includes sundays! that's when the adventure is at its peak! Must be 18 years of age or older Comfortable working at significant heights on a multi-level ropes course Comfortable wearing and working in a safety harness Must be able to safely reach, access, and operate required course equipment and attachment points from designated operating surfaces, with or without reasonable accommodation Able to climb, bend, reach, stand, and remain physically active for extended periods Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and direct sunlight Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow safety procedures Comfortable giving guests clear directions and correcting unsafe behavior Dependable, confident, and able to stay calm under pressure Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Willing and able to complete all required ropes course safety and rescue training
What You'll Do:
Welcome guests and prepare them for their ropes course experience Properly fit and inspect guest harnesses and safety equipment Provide clear safety instructions and course demonstrations Monitor guests throughout the course and ensure all safety procedures are followed Assist guests who may be nervous, stuck, or need additional guidance Confidently enforce safety rules when necessary Perform routine safety and equipment checks Respond appropriately to course incidents and assist with established rescue and emergency procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Create a fun and encouraging environment while keeping safety the #1 priority Work closely with other Attractions team members and managers to keep operations running smoothly We're looking for people who take safety seriously, aren't afraid of heights, enjoy working with guests, and can bring positive energy to the course.
