The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety of all patrons in and around the pool area while providing excellent guest services. This role requires strong swimming skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to respond quickly in emergency situations. Duties Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Perform rescues and administer first aid and CPR when necessary. Conduct routine pool cleaning tasks to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Assist with guest inquiries, providing information about pool facilities and services. Maintain accurate records of incidents and accidents. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on lifeguarding techniques and emergency procedures. Qualifications Current Lifeguard certification is required; CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory. Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues effectively. Experience in guest services is a plus, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Must be attentive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
