NEW Location opening in East Tucson/Vail. Join our dynamic, values-driven team as an Aquatics Assistant/Manager, where your energy and dedication will help foster a safe, encouraging, and welcoming environment for families and staff alike. In this vital role, you will work closely with the Aquatics Director to oversee daily operations ranging from mentoring/managing instructors and tracking student progress to ensuring the highest standards of pool maintenance. Beyond operational support, you will be a key presence on the pool deck, teaching swim lessons to children using a structured, developmentally appropriate curriculum. What You'll Do Assist Aquatics Director including mentoring/leading instructors, tracking student progress, pool maintenance and more! Pay:

$20.40 - $24.10 per hour
