In this vital role, you will ensure the highest standards of guest safety, and maintain a clean, functional pool environment. Your proactive approach will help create a fun, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. This position offers an exciting opportunity with hands-on responsibilities in a dynamic aquatic setting. Responsibilities Monitor pool areas continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents or emergencies. Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR if needed, while maintaining calmness under pressure. Perform regular pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical checks, and ensuring water quality standards are met. Assist with guest services by answering questions, providing directions, and ensuring visitors have a positive experience. Conduct routine inspections of safety equipment and pool facilities to identify maintenance needs or hazards. Skills Current certification in Red Cross Lifeguarding. Swimming skills with the ability to perform water rescues confidently. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
