This is a dual-role position, meaning you'll work as both a Lifeguard during the waterpark season and transition into a Golfland team member after the waterpark closes for the season. We're looking for candidates who are excited to learn both roles and enjoy a variety of responsibilities. No previous experience is required —we'll provide all the training you need, including your lifeguard certification! To be eligible, you must be available to attend our
Lifeguard Certification Course:
August 9-12 | 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Lifeguard Job Description Moves and stands to observe swimmers in the pool and on the pool deck for accidents. Responsible for firmly but tactfully enforcing rules and regulations governing the safety and conduct of swimmers and guests. Perform rescues as well as administering and coordinating emergency first aid as necessary. Obtain and maintain a Jeff Ellis & Associates International Lifeguarding Training Program (ILTP) certification, including attending on-going training. Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Golfland Entertainment Centers handbook. Perform daily routine chores/maintenance of waterpark. Perform safety checks of pool areas and equipment, and advising management of any unsafe or unsanitary conditions. Applicants must be 16 years old by the end of their lifeguard class. Golfland Team Member Job Description The Golfland Team Members are responsible for golf sales, arcade, prize counter, janitorial, customer service, birthday host and food service. You will work a variety of these positions. Must be dedicated to helping guests have a great experience while visiting our park, and must be eager to help resolve issues and concerns. Must be friendly, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have basic computer skills Ability to stand for up to six hours per day; cash handling skills desired. Pay:
$18.45 - $18.95 per hour
