In this lively role, you will ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and guests alike. Your energetic presence will help maintain pool safety standards, assist visitors with inquiries, and support pool operations during the busy season. Duties Check in homeowners and guests. Monitor pool area to ensure safety protocols are followed by all guests and residents Enforce community rules and regulations to promote a respectful and enjoyable environment Conduct routine pool cleaning tasks including skimming debris, brushing pools, and chemical testing to maintain water quality (training provided) Treat residents with courtesy and respect Maintain cleanliness of amenities including cleaning guest bathrooms, ensuring adequate paper supply. Set up patio umbrellas and deck/lounge chairs; report any trip and fall hazards and any needed repairs Attendance is an essential job function This seasonal role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a positive impact while gaining hands-on experience in aquatic safety and facility management.
