Junior Lifeguards are a valued part of our safety team serving as second responder and working in conjunction with more senior guards. Our YMCAs offer memberships, fitness programs, youth sports, aquatics programs, social opportunities, and early childhood education for the Northern Front Range. We offer a +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.
Hours:
Monday-Sunday 11:45am - 8:15pmSeasonal Schedule:

Advocate for the safety and wellbeing of our members and guests, and keep our Y's pool a friendly, welcoming environment for all to play, learn and build confidence in the water. Ensure the safety of participants while they are in or near the pool or hot tub. General maintenance and cleanliness of the pool, water testing and general problem-solving. Relate positively to a variety of people including other staff, members, program participants, and children. Other duties as assigned.Benefits:

Current First Aid, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, and Oxygen Administration certification. Ability to maintain certification-level of physical and mental readiness. Must demonstrate lifeguard skills in accordance with YMCA standards.Benefits
