SafeSplash Arvada is hiring a certified lifeguard for our year-round, indoor swim school. You'll watch the pool while children learn to swim, work closely with our instructors, and help maintain a safe environment for every lesson.

Immediate openings:

Saturdays, 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., and Mondays, 4:00-7:30 p.m. Additional shifts available. What you'll do Actively watch swimmers and the pool area throughout your assigned guard shifts Recognize hazards, enforce pool rules, and respond promptly to emergencies Follow SafeSplash safety and emergency procedures, including reporting incidents Work with instructors and managers to maintain a safe lesson environment Help keep the pool deck clean and ready for classes when you are not on guard duty Treat swimmers and families with patience, professionalism, and care What you'll bring A current lifeguard certification , including CPR/AED and First Aid Availability for the Saturday and Monday shifts listed above Strong attention to safety and the ability to stay focused throughout your shift Dependability, clear communication, and good judgment under pressure A positive attitude toward working with children and families Why join SafeSplash?
