Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests at our indoor pool facility. This part-time, year-round position offers early morning and afternoon shifts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with swimming, possess a positive attitude, and be committed to maintaining a safe aquatic environment for all patrons. Certification and experience are preferred but not required, as training and certification can be provided for the right candidate. Responsibilities Monitor pool activities to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or incidents in the pool area Maintain constant surveillance of swimmers to ensure safety at all times Enforce facility policies in a courteous and professional manner Assist patrons with pool rules and safety procedures as needed Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the pool area to ensure cleanliness and safety Support the overall operation of the indoor pool facility during assigned shifts, including early mornings and afternoons Qualifications Ability to swim confidently and comfortably in an indoor pool environment Positive attitude with excellent communication skills Prior lifeguard certification is preferred but not mandatory; training and certification can be provided for candidates willing to learn Experience working with the public is a plus Availability for early morning and afternoon shifts throughout the year Responsible, attentive, and able to remain alert for extended periods Join our team if you are enthusiastic about promoting safety and providing a positive experience for our guests. Pay:

From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
