Winter Wonderland is coming! We're looking for an Ice Rink Attendant to join our team in the City of Homestead during the Holidays. You'll be responsible for: Create weekly staff schedule, monitor payroll budget. Oversee the hourly staff, assign workstations and check break rotation. Document employee attendance. Train staff members. Be the point of contact for escalated guest conflict for accidents or emergencies, as well as for external vendors and/or contractors. Manage the inventory of maintenance or first aid supplies.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for report writing, scheduling, budgeting, and communication purposes Excellent managerial communication skills to lead teams confidently and interact positively with guests Knowledge of safety procedures including first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable Previous assistant manager or supervisory roles within recreational or hospitality settings preferred This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant recreational facility where your leadership will inspire teams and create unforgettable experiences for guests.
