Site Supervisor KB Soccer Key Biscayne, FL Job Details Part-time $20,000 - $24,000 a year 8 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification Customer communication English First Aid Certification First aid and CPR Full Job Description Job Summary The Site Director manages daily soccer operations, logistics, and staff at Village Green Park and MAST Academy. This leadership role ensures a safe, positive, and elite environment for youth athletes while acting as the primary on-site liaison for parents, coaches, referees, and facility partners. Key Responsibilities Site Operations & Logistics Manage scheduling execution for game day matches across both locations. Oversee setup and breakdown of fields, goals, tents, signage, benches, and flags on game days. Enforce facility rules and permit compliance for Village Green Park and MAST Academy. Inspect fields daily to identify and report safety hazards or maintenance needs. Staff & Player Supervision Supervise on-site coaching staff and parents to ensure adherence to the KBSC code of conduct and report any violations to the KB Soccer Director and Executive Director. Monitor game day conditions, ensuring team and referee arrivals, player check-ins and check-outs to guarantee youth safety protocols. Manage player conduct and resolve on-field disciplinary issues fairly and promptly. Coordinate emergency responses and administer first aid according to club protocols. Manage weather conditions and ensure that games follow the league and club protocols. Communication & Community Relations Act as the main point of contact for parents, answering questions regarding schedules and weather delays. Liaise with Village officials to maintain strong institutional relationships. Deliver timely updates to club leadership regarding facility issues, staffing needs, or incidents.
Job Requirements Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years in sports management, youth coaching, or athletic site coordination.
Licensing:
US Soccer Grassroots or higher preferred; valid First Aid/CPR certification required, and a Licensed FSR referee is a plus.
Skills:
Strong bilingual communication (English/Spanish preferred) to serve the local Key Biscayne community.
Availability:
Flexible schedule, heavy weekend hours during the pre-season (August) and regular season.
