You will:

Oversee technicians across multiple properties Enforce company standards (non-negotiable) Keep routes, timing, and performance on track Identify and correct issues before they escalate You are responsible for execution in the field—not redesigning the system Compensation is based on experience and capability. $23hr depending on structure Higher end is reserved for candidates who: Have true commercial experience Have successfully supervised teams Can operate independently without constant oversight If you're used to being one of the strongest people on your team, this will make sense to you. If not, this role will likely feel overwhelming

Required:

Commercial pool experience (not just residential) Prior supervisory/leadership experience Strong knowledge of: Pool chemistry Equipment systems (pumps, heaters, automation) Filtration systems (DE, sand, cartridge) Ability to diagnose and solve issues quickly Time Management

• You run on schedule, and so does your team Conflict Resolution
• You handle issues directly and professionally Execution
• You follow systems and enforce them Accountability
