Assistant Community Manager and Front Desk Manager Position Responsibilities Lifeguard Duties Monitor pool area to ensure safety of all residents and guests Enforce pool rules in a professional manner Respond to emergencies and provide CPR/First Aid if needed Remain alert and attentive at all times Office Attendant / Front Desk Duties Greet and assist residents and guests Answer phones and respond to general inquiries Issue gym cards and gate remotes Process payments (check/money order) Enter information accurately into tracking spreadsheets Assist with light administrative work Support community events and holiday activities Assist management with tasks and projects as requested Maintaining Designated Area Cleanliness Keep pool deck and surrounding areas clean and organized Empty trash receptacles and replace liners Wipe down tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces Monitor and restock restroom supplies Clean and disinfect gym equipment as assigned Maintain an organized and professional front desk area Report maintenance concerns promptly Assist with furniture setup and breakdown when needed Special Event Requirements Lifeguards are required to work designated community event dates as a part of their employment. These dates are mandatory unless otherwise approved by management. Required 2026

March 28th July 5th October 22nd December 5th Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 45 pounds (chairs, supplies, equipment) Ability to work outdoors in heat for extended periods Ability to stand for long periods of time Employment Requirements Current Lifeguard, CPR, AED, and First Aid Certification Ability to work flexible hours (8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday-Sunday) Weekend and holiday availability required Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test
