All lifeguard candidates must meet the following requirements: Current Redcross, Starguard, YMCA or other lifeguard certification Neat and clean appearance Reliable transportation Your best smile! If not certified you must be able complete the swim and instructional class to become a certified lifeguard Job duties include but not limited to : Lifeguards are responsible for patron safety Encouraging safety and community rules Storing all safety equipment Cleaning pool deck Becoming a part of our team is an opportunity to grow within a small business - where you will get hands-on training with industry experts, access to networks and tools for success.
