Camp Courageous is currently seeking enthusiastic and responsible Lifeguards to join our team! Our pool(s) and Lakefront are fun, high-energy environments, and we are looking for dedicated individuals who can maintain the highest standards of safety while creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our swimmers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain active vigilance and monitor the pool area to ensure the safety of all guests.
• Prevent accidents and respond promptly and effectively to any emergency situations.
• Enforce pool rules in a polite, firm, and encouraging manner.
• Engage positively with children and parents to foster a friendly community environment.
• Assist with basic pool upkeep and test water chemistry as required.

Qualifications:

• Lifeguard Certification (including Waterfront, CPR/AED and First Aid for the Professional Rescuer).
• Excellent communication skills and a patient, positive attitude.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
• Experience working at a camp is a plus.

Pay:

$13.00
