Pay Schedule:

Every 2 weeks Are you dependable, positive, and ready to make a splash? We're looking for friendly, responsible, and safety-minded Lifeguards to join our team! Our Lifeguards help keep our facility safe while creating a fun, welcoming, and positive experience for our guests. If you enjoy working with people, staying engaged, and being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Maintain constant and attentive observation of the pool and surrounding areas. Monitor swimmers and respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies. Enforce pool rules and safety procedures in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner. Assist guests and answer questions about facility rules, policies, and services. Perform basic cleaning and general facility upkeep. Help keep the pool area and facility clean, organized, and welcoming. Complete opening, closing, and routine facility duties as assigned. Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and guests. Remain alert and focused during extended periods of observation, including sitting and standing.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal Lifeguard is: Currently Lifeguard certified through a recognized certification program. Dependable, punctual, and responsible. Friendly, positive, and approachable. Comfortable interacting with children, families, and guests of all ages. Alert, attentive, and safety-conscious. Able to remain focused during long periods of observation. Comfortable enforcing rules while maintaining a positive attitude. A clear and professional communicator. Calm and responsible during stressful or emergency situations. A team player who is willing to help wherever needed. Comfortable performing basic cleaning duties. Physically capable of performing the responsibilities required of a Lifeguard.

NOT CERTIFIED YET?

THAT'S OKAY! The right candidate may have the opportunity to become Lifeguard certified with our assistance! If you have a great attitude, are dependable and responsible, and are interested in becoming a Lifeguard, We will help you find a class, and reimburse payment for the class upon passing.

AVAILABILITY

Weekday availability is required. Our primary operating and Lifeguard hours may include:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday:

7:30 AM-2:00

PM Wednesday:

7:30 AM-2:00 PM 7:00 PM-9:00

PM Friday:

7:30 AM-2:00 PM 6:00 PM-8:00 PM Schedules may vary based on facility needs, staffing, and employee availability. Approximately 10-35 hours per week are available.

PAY & SCHEDULE

$14-$18 per hour , based on qualifications and experience. Approximately 10-35 hours per week . Paid every two weeks. Weekday availability is required. Additional hours may be available depending on facility needs and special events.
