WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Lifeguard, you will: Actively monitor the pool and help maintain a safe environment for members and participants. Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow YMCA safety procedures. Create a welcoming and positive experience for members and program participants. Maintain a clean and organized pool environment. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. 🍂
