Jobs › Gill, MA › Weekend Athletic Facilities Monitor Northfield Mount Hermon School Weekend Athletic Facilities Monitor Gill, MA Apply GILL Weekend Athletic Facilities Monitor The Athletics Department is seeking a dependable Weekend Athletic Facilities Monitor to provide adult supervision and support during weekend athletic facility hours. This role helps maintain a safe, welcoming environment and ensures students and facility users follow established facility expectations. A Day in the Life The Weekend Athletic Facilities Monitor will conduct regular checks of the gymnasium, Field House, and Fitness Room; check on work-job students stationed at designated locations; and serve as the primary adult point of contact for questions or minor concerns. The monitor will reinforce expectations for safety, cleanliness, equipment use, and respectful behavior and report significant issues, injuries, or safety concerns to the Athletics Department. Required Skills and Qualifications Dependable and punctual Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with students, employees, coaches, and visitors Able to calmly and respectfully enforce facility expectations Able to move between and throughout athletic facilities during a shift Able to work independently and use good judgment Preferred Qualifications Experience working with adolescents or in a school, athletic, recreational, or community setting CPR/First Aid certification

Saturday:

7:00 AM - 6:00

PM and Sunday:
