Job Description

What You'll Do Goldfish Swim School Milford is hiring a part and full-time Swim Instructor/Lifeguards to help kids build confidence in the water while keeping every lesson safe, structured, and positive. This entry-level role matters because families count on us for progress, protection, and a great experience—every class. Key responsibilities include teaching swim skills using the Goldfish Swim School curriculum, enforcing pool rules, monitoring for safety concerns, responding to incidents with appropriate first aid/rescue actions, tracking student progress and paperwork, and communicating clearly with parents/guardians. You'll also help with basic deck setup, equipment care, and occasional light cleaning.
Required qualifications/skills:
At least 15 years old Comfortable working with children; patient, upbeat, and dependable Strong communication and organization Must pass background examinations Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification required (paid training available if not certified) If you're ready to learn, grow, and make a real impact, apply today.
